Ingredients
1 tsbp suji
1 tsbp Ghee
2 tsbp Yellow Moong Dal
Vegetables : Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, White Pumpkin, Cauliflower
Roast Suji in Ghee
Add washed and soaked moong dal to it. Now add all the veggies in
the quantity as required followed by 1/2 glass water , a pinch of turmeric
powder and a pinch of salt(if you want to add)

Cook over medium heat till 4-5 whistle comes. After 5 minutes open the cooker
and mash all the veggies with a spoon
Add a tbsp of ghee over it.
Tip : Roast suji and keep it in air tight container , whenever you have to cook
just take out the required quantity it will save the time
Have tried rice/daliya for mix veg khichdi…suji sounds gr8 with mix veg for babies. Will surely try it
