Mental health is we all speak about once something unfortunate has happened & keep stressing to speak out your heart about what you are feeling or call someone to talk, cry and laugh but in real life, people are often so busy in their own world that no one realizes what other person is going through.. even though we are just a call away!

We are living in a world full of glam, success where people stick to you if you are famous but no one turns up when you are in a need. That lack of physical warmth to sit together and talk to each other has taken up by Virtual world.

I am a bit sensitive to any news & I really take it to my heart whether I am related to that person or not and we sitting in our homes don’t realise that the current COVID situation has been really taking a TOLL on many people EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY & FINANCIALLY.

Some of us are living alone & no one to talk with and share what we are feeling every day.
In this perfect world, we do feel very isolated and worthless sometimes that is when every thought and relation comes to our mind to take a drastic step. I am sure it is not easy to take your own life.

5 Tips for Mental Health Wellness

REMEMBER THESE WHENEVER YOU ARE GOING THRU A ROUGH PHASE – 
  1.  Your presence matters to everyone who loves you – your family and friends.

2.  Always think about the good times- your photos, your achievements, your hard work, friends you have made and the proud you have brought to your family.

3. Disconnect yourself from things or people who make you feel worthless or bring negativity.

4. Self-love is the biggest love and tries to love yourself first before loving others.

5. Stay connected and don’t suffer in isolation, all those who care about you will not let you down.

We all have rough phases in our life but coming out of those situations without losing your mind is not easy. Any given day your LIFE is more precious than anything in this world.

We all are fighting some or other battles every day!!
