The Body Shop is proud to announce that our gift packaging is also more sustainable than ever before. We’ve removed the last remaining plastic components from our advent calendars, saving 29 tonnes (that’s around 112,000 Christmas baubles!)
Plus, we’ve expanded their range of bath and body accessories made with sustainable alternatives to plastic. Our bath lilies are now more sustainable than ever, made with ramie, an eco-friendly fibre, helping to save over 50 tonnes of plastic across the whole collection.
That’s the same as 1.8 million plastic water bottles. And to make buffing that body a little better for the planet, we’ve created a new biodegradable konjac sponge. Pretty cool, right? And the cherry on the top? We’ve designed most of our gift packaging to be reused or repurposed too, so your treats and surprises have a long life after Christmas.
