Cryo Therapeutics Treatment | IDS Skincare

Cryo Therapeutics

I have recently tried Cryo Therapeutics Treatment at IDS Skincare after following the customised skincare routine prescribed by Dr Benjamin Yim.

Cryo Therapeutics

My skin has some pigmentation due to sun exposure and a bit of a dehydrated feel. I started my skincare journey a few months back and absolutely loving my new routine which gives my skin a more supple, hydrated look in the morning.

Cryo Therapeutics

After using this customised skincare routine which was prescribed to me during my first visit to IDS Skincare, I went for a follow-up and tried the Cryo Therapeutics treatment.

Cryo Therapeutics Treatment

This is so far the coldest facial treatment I have tried and it automatically makes your skin so soft, hydrated with reduced pores. It is recommended best for dull, tired and sensitive skin.

Cryo Therapeutics

It not only improves your skin texture and skin tone but also reduce any redness or skin sensitivity. Your skin will have a soothing feel after that facial and at the same time, it repairs the skin cell too.

Procedure

I think it took me around 45 mins for this treatment so pretty decent time which I felt can be done during lunch hours too.

Step 1 : Double cleansing

Started off the treatment with the double cleansing of my skin to remove any dirt and makeup .

Step 2 : MDX (microdermabrasion) / HydroD

I absolutely love this step as it is not just non-invasive but it is pretty effective to remove those impurities. You have that clean, refreshing skin feel.

Step 3 : Serum infusions (vitamins & brighteners) & Sheet Mask

WHo doesn’t love that hydrated and soft skin when it is infused with vitamins and brighteners, followed by a sheet mask for better absorption.

Step 4: CryoProbe

This was the coldest part when Cryoprobe is rolled on your skin and just that it feels cold but you will love the fresh and hydrated skin in minutes.

Step 5 : Moisturizer & Sunscreen

This is such an important step that I tend to forget we need to moisturize and use sunscreen both on the skin.

Some points to keep in mind if you are going for this treatment that it is not suitable for-

  • Sufferers of acute diseases, diabetes, impaired liver function
  • Individuals receiving medical treatments such as radio or chemotherapy
  • Those who have undergone same-day hair removal on the treatment area

Not sure if you can feel in this pic which I clicked just right after the treatment how bright, clear and supple skin feels.
