Weekend lunches are the best to enjoy a relaxed family time especially when you have busy kids at home(not parents). We headed to Brewerkz at One Fullerton for our weekend lunch.
From its flagship Riverside Point outlet to their newly opened stylish restaurant at One Fullerton is a perfect place to dine with a great view and such a central location. This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangement.
Brewerkz, Singapore’s original craft brewery, launches its new kids’ menu with refreshed favourites and innovative twists to classic dishes. 
Designed to make family-time even happier and healthier, the homegrown craft beer and restaurant brand introduce a new dining experience for young ones.
Brewerkz One Fullerton
We explored some of the chef recommended and this particular outlet speciality including their new Kids menu. To start with we ordered
BURRATINA GAZPACHO
It is a cold soup with chilled berries and tomato soup, quince, bell peppers, balsamic reduction served along with toast on the side.
Mushroom Risotto
Smoked mushroom consomme, kataifi, forest mushrooms, truffle butter. It has a mild truffle taste and love the Kataifi giving it a crunchier touch.
These red hot buffalo wings marinated in the yummy sauce were really full of flavours and too yummy to miss and served along with the hot sauce. This is Aayan’s favourite for sure.
SHOGUN BURGER
This is One fullerton’s restaurant’s speciality which is prepared with Japanese OHMI A5 wagyu patty, colby-jack cheese, brioche bun, candied bacon.
We tried TANDOORI CHICKEN which is an Indian speciality and has a perfect blend of Indian flavour with potato, red chilli, red onion and raita. 
“Parents always want children to eat healthier, and incorporate more vegetables and fruits into their diet – mostly to children’s disdain. A meal out should always be exciting for kids, and we want to show our young diners that nutrition-packed vegetables and fruits can be delicious and fun too,” says Chef Seow Tzi Qin, executive chef of Brewerkz.
Kids menu comprises of all-time favourite Fish & Chips, made with hake for a softer and juicier mouthfeel, and the Pork Floss Pizza, a lighter meal option featuring mozzarella cheese, pork floss and Japanese mayonnaise. 
“When developing this menu, I focused on what children like to eat and what parents would like to feed their children. I even tested the menu with a panel of young foodies! I guess you can say this is “for kids, by kids”.
This one was Chef recommended so we went ahead to try- BLACK DIAMOND TRUFFLE Black truffle ice cream, earl grey white chocolate mousse, valrhona dark chocolate crumble, truffle essence. We loved the taste though at first I was a bit skeptical about having an ice cream with Truffle essence. Do give a it a try!
Each main course is served with a choice of drink and dessert, plus a token for a spin on the capsule toy machine. Even the dessert and drinks are given the healthy treatment as Brewerkz brings in new beverage options like Yakult, and the Traffic Light, a fruit juice popsicle that offers young diners a healthier choice for their complimentary dessert.
Each main meal comes with a free spin on the specially procured capsule toy machine, allowing each child to walk away with a fun mystery gift.
Delivering an enjoyable experience for families and young children is important for Brewerkz, and the restaurant plans on constantly reinventing their menu to introduce exciting new offerings for all ages. The new kids’ menu is available at all Brewerkz outlets in Singapore: Riverside Point, One Fullerton, Indoor Stadium and Orchard Rendezvous Hotel.
