{EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW &GIVEAWAY: DISNEY ON ICE CELEBRATES EVERYONE’S STORY}

Be ready for this 25th-anniversary celebration of Disney On Ice celebrates Everyone’s Story! We had a wonderful time last year with Disney On Ice performance and kids were overwhelmed watching their favourite characters live in action.

Recently, I got a chance to meet and interview the characters backstage on how they prepare for the show, their memorable moments, how much practice they have to do before every show.

If you are a Frozen fan then something interesting up here as we got to know more from our favourite Elsa and Anna.

 Olivia Oltsmanns, who portrays the role of Elsa

1. Other than the sisters from Frozen, which is your favourite character?
Ever since I was little I have always loved and admired Cinderella!

2. What are your best tips for families so as to enjoy the show to the fullest?
Sing along, dance with us, let go and have fun! Hope to see you there!
3. How often do you rehearse/ practice for each show?
We practice and rehearse everyday in order to ensure we put on the most spectacular show possible!
4. What is the most memorable part of the show?
Our opening number is so fun and energetic. It’s something that really gets people excited for the show. It’s unforgettable!
5. What do you think kids really enjoy about this show?
I think the children really love to sing along. I hear them in the audience belting out all of their favourite songs. I think they really enjoy getting involved in the show and we love it when they do also.
6. If you could portray any other Disney character, who would it be?
Honestly, I love and cherish my role so much I couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
7. Do you have any message for your fans?
I love you all! I hope to see all of your smiling faces at the show!

Daria Kirvenko, who portrays the role of Anna

1. Other than the sisters from Frozen, which is your favourite character?
My other favourite character is Olaf because he is the comic relief of the show and also makes people laugh. He is goofy and lovable at the same time.
2. What are your best tips for families so as to enjoy the show to the fullest?
My best tip for families is to come dress up as a prince or princess and just enjoy one of the best shows in the world.
3. How often do you rehearse/ practice for each show?
We practice before every single show to be able to bring the best performance to the ice.
4. What is the most memorable part of the show?
The most memorable part of the show is the opening band number which has so much energy and it’s the first time the skaters step on the ice and “march to the beat”! It’s really got the audience going as well as the skaters performing!
5. What do you think kids really enjoy about this show?
I am pretty sure every single kid loves the characters like Mickey and Minnie, Donald and Goofy. They are the original characters and that’s what makes you fall into Disney atmosphere.
6. If you could portray any other Disney character, who would it be?
I would say Rapunzel, I really love this story and I love her personality. She’s just so beautiful.
7. Do you have any message for your fans?
Yes of course, come to see our show, it’s so much fun. We have so many varieties in our show. 50 different characters, 14 different stories, and so much fun for all ages. Come sing with us and have the best time of your life. I will see you all there.
