Last week we were invited by Rachel to attend the Hiphurray dry run for toddlers and young kids. They had two slots where parents can attend it with toddlers and other one where you can drop off your kids to enjoy on their own. It was not a full fledged class for them but just to enjoy the company of other kids and some activities.
Nursery Rhymes
The workshop started with nursery rhymes and kids were enjoying along with them. Look at the kids so engrossed listening to their all time favourites. There were various sets of activities during the 2 hours duration.
Read along a book
Next set of activity was the Read along a book and kids were completing the nursery rhymes and stories along with the host. It was a good way to engage them and learn too at the same time.
Craft session
Another fun story with a craft session which started with “The Hungry Caterpillar” where little kids participated to see what is inside that box.

Parachute fun
Another fun activity with a parachute where parents and kids were moving together. All the little ones where jumping to catch hold of it.
What a nice event for both parents and kids! This is a nice social activity for kids.

I love things like this. Its important to get our kids out and active with other kids their age. They have things like this here at my local library and i take my son sometimes.
I love that there's a craft session! I'm sure it's one of the kids' favorite part of the Hiphurray Dry Run. I think we have something similar here in Manila, I just forgot the name of the company that provides it though. 🙂

Great activities for the kids! Creating crafts and nursery rhymes are every child's favorite so I'm sure the kids participating this event had so much fun and they will treasure this memory forever.
The snail clay looks really cute. It looks like that everybody had fun.
Cute to see your kid playing around and making crafts. It is also a good short time daycare center where moms can leave their kids for two hours while they do important errands.
Such a fun event for the kids! I really like events where I get to bring my daughter with me. 🙂
Great event to have fun with kids. Next time if I become parent, I am going to bring my kids to join the similar event too.
This is a better way or so called dry run for those children who is going to start schooling soon.
