Homemade Breadcrumbs
Thought of preparing Homemade Breadcrumbs even though they are easily available in the market but loaded with preservatives, colouring etc. Breadcrumbs are one of the versatile ingredients which are used in many recipes.

I have been preparing the breadcrumbs for a few years now and they are so easy to prepare and very handy. You can use any bread for it white bread, brown bread and best is to use 2-3 days old bread.

Whenever I have bread crust left with me I just save them to dry up or you can put in an oven to dry. If the bread is not dry you will not get the perfect crumbs.

Just put the bread in the food processor or grinder, whirl it to get the required coarseness. Your homemade breadcrumbs are ready.

You can use to thicken gravy, for binding or for the crispy rolls etc.
