Rice Balls

Ingredients:-
1 cup cooked rice (left over or freshly made)
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup rice flour(chawal ka atta)
1tsp ginger-green chili paste
1tsp sugar
salt to taste

Method:-
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with 1/4 cup of water and mix well.

2. Divide the mixture into 20 balls

3.Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry till golden brown in color

4.Drain on a absorbent paper and serve hot
