A classic English Afternoon Tea with Mrs Kueh at the iconic cafe, The Dempsey Project and the weather was perfect to give you that typical English weather feeling!!
Kaira and I had a lovely mom and daughter time enjoying the yummy treats along with perfect Tea.

A traditional Afternoon Tea involves an assortment of finger sandwiches, followed by fluffy scones with clotted cream and jam, a selection of sweets (could be cakes or pastries too), all washed down with Britain’s favourite beverage, tea.
You have the wonderful blend of sweet and savoury with egg, cucumber and chicken finger sandwiches. Along with freshly baked warm and soft raisin scones, orange tea cakes and don’t miss those lemon tarts.
Mrs Kueh’s signature kueh with fragrant pandan custard and chewy glutinous rice. Don’t miss that Purple Ondeh Ondeh which is soft and filled with gula melaka and rolled in fresh shredded coconut. They are for a single serving so eat in one go as I did the mistake of taking a bite and realised that it has liquid inside. For a Tea lover like me nothing like a freshly brewed pot of Darjeeling Tea while enjoying it together with my little daughter for those wonderful mother and daughter moments.
