Any Jamie Oliver’s fans here?? I have been following his series on television and was longing to dine at his signature restaurant here in Singapore. Last weekend we finally decided to go for lunch at Jamie’s Italian, Vivocity. That is not the only reason I am writing here, actually, I was looking for a place to host a party with my close friends and surprisingly this restaurant came up.
Jamie’s Italian at Vivo City is full of colour, lovely space with a very relaxed setup for catching up with your friends, family get together or even if you would like to host a baby shower party. The rustic and countryside kind of feel makes it such a cosy place anytime. The restaurant has a sitting arrangement inside as well as al fresco facing Sentosa waterfront which is a lovely option if you want to sit outside in the evening enjoying the breezy weather, the restaurant stands at approximately 3,400 square feet, with a seating range of 26 – 88 people. They have some reserved spots for big families or group as well as for families with young kids which I thought is a good place for family gathering or a close birthday party. We usually go to the places where it is easy dining especially for kids and they feel comfortable. Aayan and Kaira found their own way to keep them engaged while waiting for our food to arrive. This was the first dish on our table while waiting for the main course. Jamie’s Burrata was served with such a fresh and creamy Puglian burrata, heirloom tomatoes, baby basil and extra virgin olive oil. It was my type of meal and I can go overboard with cheese.Kids don’t have to wait for too long as they have been served their meal along with starters for us. There are seven colourful meal options to choose from the Kids’ menu at an affordable price of $12+. You will surely have a portion of fruits and vegetables in it.
Here is kid’s Baby Beef Burger – this higher-welfare beef burger was served on buttery brioche, with Roma tomato, lemony yoghurt, crisp baby gem and baked sweet potato fries.
The Five-a-day Picnic Box, containing a free-range chicken wrap with rainbow vegetable crisps, organic gummy bears and an apple.
Secret Seven Gnocchi, the bite-sized potato dumplings with Jamie Italian’s seven-veg sauce, fresh cherry tomatoes, Jamie’s Italian’s famous buffalo mozzarella and baby basil.
Kids Menu comes with Shake Me salad and a drink!
You can enjoy the refreshing drinks and we opted for a Lemonade and Lychee Slushie. I will say Lychee slushie is a must try!
Chicken Casarecce was quite rich and filling, braised chicken thigh in a creamy sauce with bacon, leeks, roasted mushrooms and herbs.
Lamb Chops Scottadito –Higher welfare juicy NZ lamb chops grilled Al Mattone, served on a bed of mixed agrodolce peppers and balsamic braised red onions, then finished off with crispy capers and mint.
No meal is complete without a dessert and here to our freshly baked Brownie with an ice cream and caramel popcorn. This place has a large selection of event spaces for the party, ranging from a private dining room (14 pax), to the Chefs tables (42 pax) and its roomiest option of the al fresco dining area, that can seat up to 110 people, or 300 standing.
You can also check for the workshops and classes that Jamie’s Italian offers for children and families.

I have been wanting to visit Jamie’s Italian with the kids for a while but I’m wondering how much of it is just hype because of the name.. The food pictures are quite awesome though, SO I just may go haha!
Jessica, I have still not tried all the dishes on the menu but whatever we have ordered other day we all loved it. Lamp chops, Burrata, kids menu.
