Though she can’t have all of this soup on her own even with all the mess around.
She loves to pick up pasta and vegetables from the soup. You can use any kind of pasta of your baby’s choice- animals, alphabets, stars. I have Heinz star pasta with me which goes well in this soup.

I love minestrone and soups in general. Good job on making it baby-friendly!
thanks for sharing your awesome recipe again! i'm not a big fan of minestrone as i really dislike carrots. will it still be minestrone if i omit them?
baby corns and carrots are my favorites when it comes to soups. I 'll give this a try very soon.

ive never thought about making my own minestrone soup before. great recipe!
Those ingredients alone already makes this soup sound so good! I think I will like this recipe, thank you.
This looks perfect for my children who both have colds 🙁 But how do you make your vegetable stock?
I've always wanted to try making minestrone but have been admittedly intimated. Your recipe seems easy enough to follow though. Will try it one of these days!
Thanks for the recipe. I like to cook minestrone soup and eat it for dinner. Its light and healthy with lots of vegetables.
This looks really tasty. These can really warm the body on soothe the throat on a cold day.
Awwww… this is my favorite soup. My aunt always cook this for me. I feel like having it now~~
Yum yum… I usually drink meatless minestrone from Soup Spoon! Always on a rainy day! Thanks for the recipe!
Minestrone soup is my favourite soup-to-go! I love eating veggies and having them in soup just makes them taste better and easy on the palate 🙂
This doesn't look too difficult – I wonder if you have a recipe for homemade vegetable stock that will complete this recipe? Using cubes, while yummy, is just not as wholesome.
Well this is a very hearty meal esp this rainy soon here in Manila
Really easy to prepare, and I love how you can store it for a long time, especially for the times when you don't have time to prepare anything.
