Ladyfinger / Okra or Bhindi as called in Hindi can be cooked in many ways and I remember this crispy or Kurkuri bhindi as a side dish. It was one of our favourites especially when cooked by mum but my elder one doesn’t enjoy this much but my little girl loved it. You can eat it as a side dish or snack. Here is the quick recipe of crispy ladyfinger bhindi.
Ingredients
Ladyfinger/Bhindi- 250 gm
Salt
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Mango powder-1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Gram Flour-4 tbsp
Method
Wash ladyfinger and dry it properly, later cut into long strips.
Add all spices mixing it well and let it rest for 10-15 minutes so that ladyfinger and spices get mixed well.
Now add and mix gram flour to it.
Fry them in the oil to have crispy ladyfinger.
