Another fantastic easy yet healthy recipe to try with my little one and this time it is chicken kebab, as for all of us I have prepared kebabs but then that had too many spices. This one is really simple with no spices and cheese gives it that smooth and yummy flavour.
**11 months onward
Ingredients
Minced Chicken- 1/2 cup
Bread Crumb- 4-5 tsp ( I have prepared bread crumbs at home)
Fresh Coriander
Cheese
Chopped onion- 1 tbsp
Butter for frying
Method
Mix all the ingredients together except cheese.
Make small kebab patties of it and put some cheese inside and shape it well.
On a non stick pan add butter and fry these chicken kebab from both the sides.
