Ingredients
Kala Chana/ Black Chickpeas- 2 cup (Sprouted)
Onion- 1 chopped
Tomato-1 chopped
Cucumber- 1/4 cup chopped
Raw Mango-1/4 cup chopped
Avocado- Optional
Green chillies- 2 chopped
Salt
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 4tsp
Method
1. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight or for around 7-8 hours, drain the water and keep it in a warm place to get the sprouts.
2.Once it sprouted put it in a pressure cooker with enough water and pressure cook for 10 minutes( 3 whistles).
3. Drain the water completely and let it cool down.
4.In a big bowl add the above ingredients along with chickpeas and mix well.Add more according to your taste buds.
5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
You can serve it hot or cold depending on your preference, if you like cold then can prepare and put it in the refrigerator.
