Ingredients
Boiled potato – 3
Breadcrumb- 1/2 cup ( store bought / homemade)
Onion-1 Chopped
Corn-3 tbsp ( Boiled)
Salt
Red Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/4 tsp
Mango powder-1/2 tsp
Green Chilli-2 chopped
Oil for frying
Method
In a pan take 1 tsp oil and add chopped onion to it and saute for a minute. Now add green chilli to it.Lastly add boiled corn to it.
In a bowl take mashed potato, onion-corn mixture and remaining spices to it.Mix them well.
Add breadcrumbs to it and mix it to roll into a cylinder shape.
Fry them in oil and take out any excess oil.
For baby version
I took the mashed potato, corn, onion ( optional for baby) little salt(optional) and breadcrumb. Roll them into a cylinder shape and fry or bake them.
You can serve them hot with tamarind chutney and Coriander chutney.
