Ingredients
Lentil- 3 tbsp
Rice- 2 tbsp
Carrot- 2 tbsp diced
onion-2 tbsp chopped
Bottle Gourd-3 tbsp diced
Spinach-1 stem choppedGinger- 1/2 sp finely chopped
Turmeric – a pinch
Water-1 -1/2 cup
Tofu
Oil-2 tbsp
Method
1. Wash lentils and rice properly in order to remove all the dirt from it and soak for 15-20 minutes as it will take less time while cooking it.
2. In a pressure cooker take some oil add ginger, onion and saute them. Add carrot, bottle gourd and spinach.
3. Stir the vegetables for 2-3 minutes and add lentil, rice .
4. Add turmeric to it and stir well.
5. Add sufficient water while cooking.After 3-4 whistles open and check that all vegetables and rice has cooked.
A complete healthy meal for babies to enjoy.
