Ingredients
Ripened Pineapple – 1 cup (Chopped)
Tomato- 1 large ( Chopped)
Onion- 1/2 cup(Finely chopped)
Green Chilli- 1-2 according to taste
Coriander leaves – 5 tbsp finely chopped
Tomato Ketchup-2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli flakes – according to taste
Oregano – according to taste

Method
Mix pineapple, tomato, onion, green chilli and coriander together.
In a bowl take ketchup, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
Add it to pineapple and mix well.Top it with red chilli flakes and oregano.
You can eat it with chips, nachos, even fries or just like that as I can munch on it.
A lot of variation can be done here by adding red bell pepper instead of tomato or together with it, can slightly cook or use charred pineapple and then add to it. Usually, it is served with finely chopped ingredients though I haven’t done it here.
