Apple Puree is one of the babies favourite as it is naturally sweet with all the goodness. You can prepare an Apple puree by either steaming or cooking it.
Steaming is considered more healthier than cooking and apple is really soft and fast to cook. Some mums make puree and freeze them in cubes to use them as and when required.

Method
Take an apple and wash it thoroughly. Cut it in chunks with skin and put it in a steamer
Mash and sieve it.
You can give baby just plain apple puree to eat or can mix it with any food.
