Sweet Potato is one of the healthiest and yummy vegetable which can be eaten in many forms. It is starchy, a sweet-tasting root vegetable. It comes in different varieties of colour like white, yellow or purple (Japanese).
In India, during winter seasons you will find them everywhere and most of the time it is roasted on the charcoal or fire.

Sweet potato kheer
Ingredients
Sweet Potato-1
Milk – 2 cups
Jaggery
Cardamom
- Firstly wash and clean the sweet potatoes and peel it off.
- Cut them into small pieces, add water n pressure cook them.
- Once they are cooked, mash them slightly.
- Now take a pan and add 2 cups of milk. Add the mashed sweet potatoes with a little jaggery and cardamom. Let it boil on medium flame for some time and stir it at regular intervals

Tip: You can vary the quantity of milk depending on the consistency you require.
